POAP started in 2018 and has navigated the turbulent waters of the space to become a well loved application that represents lots of the values of the Ethereum community. This talk reviews the internal organs that compromise a web3 startup for aspiring founders to get a glimpse of what challenges they will find and how to deal with them.
